• Based on a desk-top research of all EU markets, proposed a market prioritization and go-to-market approach for key mature and emerging markets for a major service provider of Business Process Outsourcing services.
• Identified and approached more than 20 potential acquisition targets in the debt collection industry in Eastern Europe on behalf of a Western European debt collection company.
• Introduced the Balanced Scorecard methodology in a key Nordic bank.

Strategy development and implementation

• Established a company in the UK and launched a new payment method in the UK and Spain. The company enables consumers to pay in cash for online purchases.
• Established a new business unit in a leading Nordic bank, providing T&E and purchasing card solutions to large corporates and SMEs.
• Developed and implemented a multi-year customer retention program with a leading card issuer.
• Planned and implemented the European market expansion for a prepaid card issuer.
• Designed a customer segmentation approach and relationship strategy for a major international payment association.
• Reviewed the communication strategy and recommended a new approach for a major international payment company.

• Identified and approached leading merchant acquirers on behalf of a Nordic Payment Service Provider, with the objective to establish a strategic alliance.
